Displayed prices include applicable taxes where required for the destination. The total, taxes and shipping charges are shown before payment is confirmed. Any import charges are governed by the shipping policy. You must provide accurate, up-to-date payment and account details.
SECTION 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Preparation, production and transit times are stated separately and are estimates. Choosing express shipping does not shorten the production of a personalised piece. Contact us if there is a delivery issue so we can handle it, without affecting your statutory rights.
When a carrier offered by ClimaxLab is used, the risk of loss or damage in transit remains with us until you or a person you designate, other than the carrier, receives the order.

All content on ClimaxLab, including logos, images, texts and design, is our intellectual property or that of our licensors and is protected by law.
