How long does it take for my order to ship?
We process all orders within 1 to 2 weeks depending on the product type . We will try to ship as soon as possible.
Once shipped, the delivery time depends on the address and shipping method selected.
Is the package discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain packaging , without any logos or references to the brand or content.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
We can only modify or cancel an order if it hasn't shipped yet . Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
My product arrived broken or defective. What should I do?
We are very sorry this happened. Please email us at help.climaxlab@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package, including photos of the defect and your order number. We will find a solution for you as soon as possible.

What are your products made of?
Our toys are made of platinum silicone , which is body-safe, phthalate-free, and free of toxic substances. It's a durable, soft, and easy-to-clean material.
Not recommended for prolonged use of more than 24 hours.
Are they safe for the body?
Yes. All of our products are designed to be safe, hypoallergenic, and nonporous . Additionally, each piece is hand-cured and cleaned before shipping.
Are the products suitable for anal use?
It depends on the design. All products specifically for anal use have a safety stop to prevent them from being fully inserted.
