Use:

Cleaning:

• Wash with warm water and neutral soap immediately after each use.
• You can also use a specific intimate toy cleaner.
• Air dry or wipe with a clean, lint-free cloth.

Storage:

• Store the product completely dry, in its case or in a fabric pouch.
• Store each piece separately to keep it clean and protect its surface.
• Avoid direct sunlight and extreme heat.

Returns: 14 days to notify us of withdrawal where applicable. Exceptions apply to intimate products whose hygiene seal has been removed and pieces genuinely personalised to your specifications; making a piece to order does not by itself remove this right.

Discounts, bundles and Mystery Boxes do not remove your statutory rights. Your rights regarding defects or lack of conformity remain; there is no 48-hour deadline for reporting them.
