Use

• Grinder for external stimulation through rubbing; it is not an insertable toy.
• Use water-based lubricant and adjust the pressure and pace to what feels comfortable.

Cleaning and drying

• Wash the piece before and after each use with lukewarm water and mild soap, or with a silicone-compatible toy cleaner.
• Clean the textured areas and the spaces between the scales and fins; rinse thoroughly to remove soap and lubricant.
• Allow it to air dry completely or dry the outside with a clean, lint-free cloth.

Storage

• Store it clean and dry, separately, protected from dust, direct sunlight and heat.

Preparation: in-stock pieces, 24–72 hours; made-to-order pieces, 1–2 weeks of production before dispatch.

Discreet packaging with no reference to the contents.

Returns: 14 days to notify us of withdrawal where applicable. Exceptions apply to intimate products whose hygiene seal has been removed and pieces genuinely personalised to your specifications; making a piece to order does not by itself remove this right.

Discounts, bundles and Mystery Boxes do not remove your statutory rights. Your rights regarding defects or lack of conformity remain; there is no 48-hour deadline for reporting them.
