Usage:

• Wash the product before first use.
• Apply water-based lubricant if desired.
• Use it responsibly, listen to your body, and enjoy!

Cleaning:

• Wash with warm water and mild soap immediately after each use.
• You can also use a specific intimate toy cleaner.
• Air dry or pat dry with a clean, lint-free cloth.

Storage:

• Store the product completely dry, in its case or in a fabric bag.
• Store each piece separately to keep it clean and protect its surface.
• Avoid direct sunlight and extreme heat.

Compatible with water-based lubricants.

Do not use with silicone-based lubricants (may damage the material).

Safe with latex and polyurethane condoms.

Suitable for vaginal and/or anal use.

The included t-shirts can be washed without problem in the washing machine; cold water is recommended and avoid the dryer to better preserve the print.

Preparation: in-stock pieces, 24–72 hours; made-to-order pieces, 1–2 weeks of production before dispatch.

Transit: Spain, 2–3 days; Portugal, 3–5 days. For other available destinations, the timeframe depends on the country and carrier. Check destinations and rates at checkout.

Discreet packaging with no reference to the contents.

Returns: 14 days to notify us of withdrawal where applicable. Exceptions apply to intimate products whose hygiene seal has been removed and pieces genuinely personalised to your specifications; making a piece to order does not by itself remove this right.

Discounts, bundles and Mystery Boxes do not remove your statutory rights. Your rights regarding defects or lack of conformity remain; there is no 48-hour deadline for reporting them.
