Refund policy
ClimaxLab does not accept returns of opened, used or unsealed products under any circumstances, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
1. Returns by right of withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, only if the product has not been opened and is in perfect condition, with its seal intact and original packaging unaltered.
The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
The customer will receive a refund of the amount paid via the same payment method used for the purchase (unless the customer expressly prefers to receive a voucher or store credit).
2. Defective products
If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer has the legally applicable period to report the issue.
In this case:

ClimaxLab assumes all return and replacement costs.

The customer may choose between a full refund of the amount paid or replacement of the product.

Returns will not be accepted without prior assessment of the defect or without an express request from the customer.
3. Procedure
All return or refund requests must be managed exclusively through the email address:

The customer must provide:

Order number

Reason for return

Photographic evidence if applicable (in case of defect)
Once the return is accepted, the exact address and a shipping label, if applicable, will be provided.
No packages sent without prior approval will be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, ClimaxLab will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
In the event of approval:

The refund will be made via the same original payment method.

The estimated timeframe to receive the amount is up to 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days pass without receiving the amount, the customer must contact lucifer@climaxlab.store or help.climaxlab@gmail.com.
